How to Use the Sea Glass Log
This free tool helps you keep a permanent record of your sea glass finds. Fill in the form for each beach visit, then come back to see your collection grow over time.
- Date and Location - Note exactly where you found the glass. You can type any beach name or pick from our list of known sea glass beaches.
- Colors - Check off every color you found during that outing. Use the Color Rarity Chart to help identify what you have.
- Grade - Grade A pieces have perfect frosting and no chips. Grade B is good but not perfect. Grade C is partially frosted or shows rough edges.
- Notes - Record tide conditions, what the glass appears to have come from, or anything else worth remembering.
- Export to CSV - Download your full log as a spreadsheet anytime.
